Our Team
Experienced leadership consultants and Enneagram experts, Beatrice Chestnut and Susan Drumm, have teamed up to create a wide array of business resources to support leadership development efforts using Enneagram personality typology. Collaborators on numerous projects aimed at furthering the growth of leaders and teams, Beatrice and Susan recognized the need to create effective tools to help executives tap into the powerful leadership insights provided by the Enneagram model. Realizing the value in making the Enneagram actionable for many leaders and practitioners, they decided to make their tools available to anyone who uses the Enneagram as a powerful accelerator for emotional intelligence.

What is the Enneagram?
The word Enneagram derives from the Greek words ennea (“nine”) and gram (“something written or drawn”) and refers to this nine-pointed figure inscribed in a circle. The Enneagram symbol conveys a great deal of knowledge about the nature of change, both in the human psyche and other natural systems.
In working with senior executives, the Enneagram helps develop individuals, teams, and organizations so that they can achieve their maximum level of growth, engagement, and effectiveness. Creating a learning culture for leaders to grow and expand within the organization leads to more cohesive teams and positive atmosphere—which make for a more rewarding work experience and successful enterprise.
