2. USER CONSENT

By visiting our Site, using our Services, or providing us with your Personal Data through our Site or Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Our Site is hosted and our Services are provided in the United States and are intended for and directed to US customers. If you are accessing the websites or services from the European Union, Asia, or any other jurisdiction with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, which differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your use of our websites and services, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer. Not all European laws may apply to our website in the US. Data is stored on US servers.

3. TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT

“Personal Data” means data that, by itself, allows someone to identify or contact you as an individual, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, email address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data.

Information You Provide to Us:

If you create and utilize an “Account” on our Site, we collect the personal information you provide in your user profile (including email address and password).

When you make a purchase on our Site, we will collect all information necessary to complete the transaction, including your name, credit card information, billing information, and shipping address information (if applicable for the purchase). See more in “Third-Party Payment Processing” below.

If you contact us through the “contact us” form to communicate with us, we will collect your name, email address, and phone (if you provide it).

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will collect your email address and your name (if you provide it).

If you contact us via email, we will collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in your email to us, in order to send you a reply.

4. COOKIES

To improve your experience on our site, we use “cookies.” Cookies are an industry standard and most websites use them. A cookie is a small text file that our site may place on your computer as a tool to remember your preferences. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

Using an Account | If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices.

Website analytics | Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to improve how our website functions and to understand how users interact with it.

If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to accept cookies, see below for “Your Choices Regarding Information.”

5. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING

For online payments using credit or debit cards, we use the payment services of Square (https://squareup.com).

If you make a purchase while logged into your Account (or if you opt in to “Create an Account” in the check-out process), you will have the option to save your credit card information to your Account (“Save to Account”). If you choose to save credit card information to your Account to simplify the ordering process for you on your next order, we save the last four digits of your credit card, the expiration date of your credit card, the credit card type, your first and last name, your shipping and billing address. We do not store your full credit card number or your CVV2 number (the 3 to 4-digit security code on your card). We do not have access to your full credit card number stored by Square.

When you place an order on our website, the information you send is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order using strong encryption to prevent the decoding of that information by anyone other than the recipient as it travels over the Internet. SSL is the industry standard in transferring credit card information to process your orders. The SSL encryption translates your order information into a highly indecipherable code.

For more information on how payments are handled, and to understand the data security and privacy protections afforded to such information, please refer to  https://squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy-no-account

6. YOUR CHOICES REGARDING INFORMATION

You have several choices regarding the use of information on our Services:

Email Communications | We periodically may send you free newsletters and e-mails that directly promote the use of our Site, products, or Services. When you receive newsletters or promotional communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further communications from us and you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or by contacting us directly.

Cookies | If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to accept cookies for any of the purposes described above, you can instruct your browser, by changing its settings, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. Consult your browser’s technical information. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of the Site or all functionality of the Services.

Changing or Deleting Your Personal Data | You may change any of your Personal Data stored in your Account by editing your Personal Data at any time (except you cannot change your username).

Payment information stored by Square as described in Section 5 cannot be edited. If you wish, however, to edit payment information you have saved in your Account for your own access in making purchases, you can do this by deleting the payment information and adding new payment information from within your Account.

When you request deletion of your Personal Data by us, we will remove the display of such Personal Data so that you will no longer see such data in your Account. However, we may retain your information for record keeping, auditing, fraud prevention, and similar purposes.

If you would like to completely remove your data from our marketing systems, please email your request to info@executiveenneagram.com with “Remove” in subject line.

If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page, so you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it. You should check this Privacy Policy frequently to keep abreast of any changes. You shall be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use our offerings after such changes have been posted. If you do not agree to any of such changes, you may immediately cease all website account access and usage. You agree that such termination will be your exclusive remedy in such event.
